Hilton Guam Resort & Spa Tumon, Tumon

Staying at the Hilton in Guam was a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic for snorkeling and the beach is stunning. The rooms were lovely and spacious, although a bit dated. The staff truly made our stay special with their professionalism and attentiveness. While the dining options were decent, I found some meals to be just average, and there's definitely room for improvement in that area.

While the hotel has a beautiful view, my overall experience was marred by constant noise from the cleaning crew during the night and a definite need for upgrades. The check-in process was smooth, but I found the room quality and dining options to be disappointing. Given the high price, I expected a lot more for my stay.

My first experience at this hotel as a Diamond member was quite mixed. On the plus side, I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of the Junior suite we received, along with an amazing view of Tumon Bay. However, I was disappointed by the limited breakfast options and the parking situation for Diamond members. Despite these issues, I felt that overall, we had a good stay, and the upgrade made a difference.

However, the breakfast wasn’t included for Diamond members, which was disappointing. The cleanliness of the laundry facilities and some aspects of room preparation left a bit to be desired. Overall, while it had its quirks, the experience was decent based on the value for money.

We faced a challenging start but had an overall enjoyable time at the hotel. Check-in was smooth, and our room was spacious and comfortable, providing a great place to unwind. The staff was polite and attentive, going out of their way to help us, especially after we heard some unsettling news about the hotel's past. While the location was strategic and offered easy access to tourist spots, the dining options were fairly limited in variety. It could be better, but we were happy with our stay overall despite a few hiccups.
